1 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Each Ferris Cat Wheel from ZiggyDoo is covered by a Limited Manufacturer Warranty for a period of 1 year from date of delivery receipt. This covers for replacement of catwheel parts that are broken or damaged during normal use by cats or small dogs weighing no more than 23 lbs. and only used indoors.  Warranty requires that Wheel assembly and positioning must follow the proper guidelines outlined in the ZiggyDoo Assembly Manual concerning proper placement, location and positioning. The warranty does not cover EVA running pads or rollerblade wheels.  ZiggyDoo is not responsible for any damage(s) caused by our products.

If any items are found to be damaged upon delivery, send clear photos within 48 hours to elizabeth@ziggydoo.com and we will send out replacement parts as soon as possible as per inventory availability.

Returns and refunds

ZiggyDoo will accept returns on products that have not been used, are not damaged in any way, and if the packaging is unopened and still intact. For returns, please contact ZiggyDoo within 07 days of the product's delivery to request an ZOR number from ZiggyDoo. Returns after the 07 day period will not be considered.  A 35% restocking fee will apply. Return shipping costs are not paid for by ZiggyDoo.  Refunds are issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

Orders cancelled PRIOR to shipping are subject to $30 cancellation fee.  Refunds are issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase

ZiggyDoo reserves the right to change product pricing at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Consult our website for current pricing. All personal contact information you provide will be used exclusively for the purpose of your order, to provide offers and new product announcements. The information you provide is available ONLY to ZIGGYDOO and will never be shared with any third parties. You have access to your information in your ZIGGYDOO account at all times.  All transfers and payments conducted through ZIGGYDOO are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Credit Card information is not viewed or stored by ZIGGYDOO.  All card information is handled over SSL encryption for your information security and protection.
